📋 Description

• Ensure excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC units in the Dallas, Texas area • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment • Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults • Complete HVAC unit commissioning checks, including RTU controller configurations and mechanical operation • Change filters, clean coils, inspect/replace belts, and inspect units for mechanical failures • Respond to emergency service calls on nights and weekends when on-call • Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Maintain daily logs and records in the company work order system • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act • Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements • Assist with customer queries

🎯 Requirements

• Trade School Graduate • Some HVAC field experience • HVAC Controls experience • Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit • Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound • Desire for continuous technical and professional learning • Desire to grow professionally beyond being “just a filter changer” • Customer- and safety-focused • Ability to travel within the region and surrounding states • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work across/with organizational teams
