📋 Description

• Upload and format new web pages in HubSpot, and make basic backend updates to existing pages, including schema markup • Support SEO tasks including metadata audits, internal linking checks, and redirect cleanup • Support day-to-day social media execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Hub, and Meta, including graphic creation and backend updates • Help with internal communication projects such as creating office slides, newsletters, and planning lunch and learns • Provide general department administrative support when needed • Organize files and maintain the asset library

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time college student Junior, Senior, or a college graduate by the end of Spring 2027 • In process of getting bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a related field • Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time • Proven ability to meet deadlines with keen attention to detail as it pertains across all marketing functions • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and outside partners/vendors • Experience with creating web pages or willingness to learn quickly • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office specifically including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Passion for sustainability and environmental causes
