📋 Description

• Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as needed • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging and compelling social media copy • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ability to track and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making • Open to all qualified transitioning active-duty U.S. service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and branch. • Must have 180 days of active duty service remaining before the date of separation and have obtained approval or be in the approval process from the unit/command.
