📋 Description

• Support Mario and the team with marketing activities for [Bulle & Mensch] • Build reach, distribute content, and engage the podcast community • Assist with researching, contacting, and managing potential podcast guests throughout the process • Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners • Support content and editorial planning for social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website • Sort and suggest relevant clips, quotes, and moments from podcast episodes • Draft initial versions of copy, captions, and communication materials • Help manage community comments and messages • Monitor published content and track and document reach, engagement, and listener numbers • Research trends, formats, and topics in the finance and trading sectors • Provide organizational support through filing, scheduling, and administrative marketing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience or exposure to marketing or communications—through personal projects, university studies, an internship, or a part-time job • Excellent written and spoken German, with a strong command of language • Interest in trading, the stock market, economics, or financial topics • Structured, reliable, and independent approach to work • Willingness to learn and openness to direct, honest feedback • Enthusiasm for using and collaborating with AI • Please specify your desired weekly availability and fee expectations • Submit links to previous accounts, projects, or work samples
