📋 Description

• Support Mario and the team with marketing activities for [Bulle & Mensch] • Build reach, distribute content, and engage the podcast community • Assist with researching, approaching, and communicating with potential podcast guests • Prepare materials and communications to position [Bulle & Mensch] as an attractive advertising platform • Develop expertise in broader areas such as content strategy, guest acquisition, and partner communications • Support content and editorial planning across social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website • Identify and recommend relevant excerpts, quotes, and moments from podcast episodes, and edit them into Shorts • Create simple graphics using Canva and Picsart • Draft initial versions of copy, captions, and communications materials • Research potential podcast guests and support their outreach and ongoing communication • Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners • Help manage community comments and messages • Monitor published content and track and document reach, engagement, and listener figures • Research trends, formats, and topics in the finance and trading sectors • Provide organizational support through filing, scheduling, and administrative marketing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience or exposure to marketing or communications—through personal projects, university studies, an internship, or a part-time job • Enjoy using and collaborating with AI • Excellent written and spoken German, with a strong feel for language • Experience editing graphics and Shorts • Interest in trading, the stock market, business, or finance • Structured, reliable, and self-directed approach to work • Willingness to learn and openness to direct, honest feedback
