📋 Description

• Support Mario and the team with marketing activities for [Bulle & Mensch] • Build reach, distribute content, and engage the podcast community • Assist with researching, contacting, and managing potential podcast guests, from initial research through communication • Prepare materials and communications for advertising partners • Support content and editorial planning for social media, newsletters, YouTube, and the website • Identify and suggest relevant excerpts, quotes, and moments from podcast episodes • Edit Shorts • Create simple graphic designs • Draft initial versions of copy, captions, and communication materials • Research potential podcast guests and support their outreach and management • Help manage community comments and messages • Monitor published content and track and document reach, engagement, and listener numbers • Research trends, formats, and topics in finance and trading • Provide organizational support through filing, scheduling, and minor administrative marketing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience or exposure to marketing or communications—through personal projects, studies, an internship, or a part-time job • Excellent written and spoken German • Strong command of language and a good feel for wording • Enjoy working with AI • Interest in trading, the stock market, business, or financial topics • Structured, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work • Willingness to learn and openness to direct, honest feedback • Please specify your desired weekly availability and fee expectations
