📋 Description

• Implement a wide variety of cosmetic rewards that complement Marathon activities and store • Perform scripting and tool work • Design and implement sustainable content that excites and engages players • Tune progression values to create compelling moments and satisfying progression

🎯 Requirements

• Professional game development experience • Some experience working with game development software and tools • Knowledge of reward and cosmetic systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Desire to work as part of a large team and ability to take and provide feedback and direction appropriately • Technical experience writing text-based scripts to manage game systems in Lua, Python, or a similar language (nice to have) • Experience and understanding of player motivation (nice to have) • Experience working on games as a service/live content (nice to have) • Background checks at the offer stage for all new employees
