📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned building assessment projects • Conducts various types of building assessments including Property Condition Assessments and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments • Prepares written reports that accurately describe onsite findings • Uses information collected from onsite assessments to write reports • Conducts interviews with property owners, occupants, and local government officials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field • Minimum of three years of related experience • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations • Proficient in operating a computer, knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
