• Support Technical Project Coordinators with day-to-day operational and administrative assistance across active programs • Assist with project setup and ensure projects are accurately created and maintained in AssetCalc • Provide AssetCalc support and validate data inputs for project tracking, reporting, and financial alignment • Establish and maintain standardized digital project structures in SharePoint, P-Drive, or other designated systems • Monitor project documentation to ensure required materials are received, stored correctly, and accessible • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm project readiness, identify missing information, and support handoffs between award and execution phases • Learn and apply Bureau Veritas tools, systems, and workflows while contributing to process improvement • Provide general project administrative support across project lifecycle management, asset management operations, and client delivery requirements • Follow Technical Project Coordinator instructions for report editing, AssetCalc data, report and graph exporting, and client-required report delivery • Provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff • Support assignment, setup, communication, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion of assigned project tasks • Report findings to clients and/or management
• Only open to DoD SkillBridge Participants • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (preferred), or equivalent training/experience • 1–3 years of experience in a project support, project coordination, or administrative role • Experience with project management or asset management systems, such as AssetCalc or similar platforms • Ability to accurately input, validate, and manage data • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for formatting, editing, and finalizing client-ready reports • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic data review and validation • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to create, edit, organize, and finalize professional PDF documents • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration platforms • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Exposure to project lifecycle processes, including project setup, documentation management, and coordination between internal stakeholders, highly desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams • Ability to adapt to remote work while maintaining productivity and communication • Prior experience in construction, engineering, asset management, or administrative coordination highly desirable • Must be able to use Microsoft Word at an intermediate level or quickly learn new software • Must be able to use Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert to PDF, organize pages, edit, and finalize PDF documents
