• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, responding professionally via email, phone, and other digital communication channels. • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding E-Moto USA products, services, and policies. • Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships. • Manage the input and maintenance of customer information, sales orders, and service records within our CRM system, ensuring exceptional accuracy. • Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges, with a keen eye for detail. • Analyse customer interaction data to identify trends, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements to our processes and services. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to post-sales support. • Uphold data protection standards and ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality.
• Proven experience in a customer service, customer relations, or administrative role. • Exceptional data entry skills with demonstrable accuracy and a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Experience or a keen interest in the electric vehicle industry or sustainable technologies would be an advantage.
