📋 Description
• Provide operational leadership and oversight for logistics support services • Directly supervise logistics team members and ensure performance objectives are met • Oversee logistics operations across committees and working groups • Serve as primary logistics contact for leadership and stakeholders • Lead continuous process improvement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination for large-scale or federally funded programs • Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or similar federal programs or research consortia • Experience with virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) • Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and workflow tools • Familiarity with data tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting processes • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising or managing teams of 3–6 staff
