📋 Description

• Compile necessary purchase information for the Merchant buying team • Ensure accurate and prompt purchase order issuance to vendors • Communicate order details to merchants, vendors, allocations and the distribution center • Write Excel formulas and use spreadsheet functionality to prepare and upload order requests • Improve the accuracy and efficiency of order execution operations • Create and issue purchase orders and changes efficiently, accurately and promptly • Use Dashboard to execute assigned work and achieve productivity goals • Identify and communicate obstacles to Order Execution Team Lead and management • Communicate with business partners and support teams through ServiceNow • Escalate concerns to Order Execution Lead and management • Participate in continual training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with formulas and functions a must • Strong numbers aptitude and math skills • Strong problem solving and attention to detail • Strong written communication skills • Exceptional ability to retain and follow process • Strives for continuous improvement, learning and excellence • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and processes • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work at a fast pace while achieving productivity and accuracy goals
