📋 Description

• responsible for efficient, accurate and prompt creation and issuance of purchase orders and changes • utilizes dashboard to execute work as assigned to achieve productivity goals • identifies and promptly communicates obstacles in the order execution operation to order operations specialists, order execution team lead and mio order execution management • demonstrates continued growth of excel knowledge • frequently and effectively uses excel formulas and functionality to manage and modify order spreadsheets • looks for ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the order execution operation • learns from mistakes to meet accuracy standards • understands the importance of using technology to enhance productivity • effectively, succinctly and accurately communicates with business partners

🎯 Requirements

• bachelor’s degree preferred • strong microsoft excel skills – experience with formulas and functions a must • strong numbers aptitude and math skills • strong problem solving and attention to detail • strong written communication skills • exceptional ability to retain and follow process • strives for continuous improvement, learning and excellence • ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and processes • excellent time management and organizational skills
