📋 Description

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates • Proactively engage passive talent through creative, personalized outreach • Conduct market research and analyze sourcing data • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders • Track key sourcing metrics, delivering regular updates to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1+ years corporate or RPO experience delivering talent sourcing strategies • Prior experience sourcing candidates for technology-focused roles • Proven track record of being results-oriented • Experience creating/maintaining talent pools for current and potential openings • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Strong written and oral presentation skills • Understanding of data analysis and metrics
