📋 Description

• Support client needs related to contract management • Perform contract loading, contract validation, troubleshooting, and training • Participate in Contract Management knowledge-sharing opportunities • Maintain active Epic Contract Management certification for RHB390 (acute) and/or RPB390 (physician) • Conduct file balancing and daily maintenance of the contract management system • Collaborate with Ensemble clients on contract accuracy inquiries and potential reimbursement issues • Support Contract Modeling Specialists with troubleshooting, contract review, and Epic system navigation • Track key update dates for reimbursement rules, including Medicare OP, DRG, and managed care contract updates • Use modeling tools and reports to identify and validate payment variances for underpayments team referral • Support revenue cycle areas with calculation and reimbursement questions • Complete training modules and work-building sessions for Epic contract loading • Validate contracts to support client financial initiatives and reserve calculations • Collaborate with team associates and leaders to expand knowledge of managed care organizations, contracts, and Epic • Interpret Epic product upgrade Nova Notes and complete related Contract builds • Import and export Epic databases for reporting and troubleshooting • Use Epic Toolkits for Medicare OP and IP quarterly and annual updates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience relative to payer reimbursement • Minimum 2 years of Epic certification in RHB390 or RPB390 • High School Diploma or GED • Epic RHB390 or Epic RPB390 Contract Administration Certification • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative • Must maintain active Epic Contract Management certification • Openness to innovation, including AI • Knowledge of managed care organizations, contracts, and products or applicable healthcare/payer experience • High problem-solving ability, initiative, and judgment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and utilize resources aggressively • Ability to understand and interpret contract terms, especially implementation and operational components • Ability to identify, research, and solve complicated financial and operational provider issues • Microsoft Excel proficiency recommended • Experience with Epic and/or other contract management software • Excellent interpersonal skills • Willingness and ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
