📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers globally • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents • Conduct supplier performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement • Collaborate with engineering, legal, operations, and other internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies • Draft, review, and administer master service agreements, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other contracts • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Resolve contract disputes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations by Jabil and its suppliers • Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and supplier information within relevant systems • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sourcing and contracting lifecycle • Stay current on market trends, industry best practices, and new procurement and supply chain technologies
