📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations, including the use of standardized assessment tools • Complete thorough diagnostic reports • Provide clear and actionable feedback to families • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators • Work with diverse populations and navigate insurance or regional diagnostic requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active licensure as a Psychologist (Registered Psychological Associate may be accepted if evaluation experience) with the California Board of Psychology • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments and tests (ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, SRS-2, etc) • Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and a desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards • Must have excellent writing and communication skills • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask • Must be able to work well as part of a team • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including a few days with late afternoon/evening availability in the Pacific Timezone • Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations, such as fingerprint clearances, positive references, etc • Current CPR/First Aid Certification • Eligibility to work in the United States • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
