📋 Description

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and client correspondence • Maintain and manage active case files • Assist attorneys in discovery by gathering evidence, summarizing documents, and organizing case-related materials • Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, providing case updates and answering client inquiries • Track important deadlines and manage the legal calendar for hearings, depositions, and administrative tasks • Assist in preparing exhibits and trial materials for court appearances • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or reports • Support attorneys in providing legal representation in personal injury and employment law matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred • Paralegal certification is a plus • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments at once • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficiency in legal case management software • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Strong commitment to client service
