📋 Description

• Lead software consulting engagements and ensure successful implementation and support of Trimble Viewpoint Vista and/or Spectrum platforms • Onboard new clients and configure systems to meet their specific needs • Provide ongoing support for existing users • Act as a key liaison between the company and clients • Analyze client business requirements and objectives to design tailored implementation strategies • Estimate project timelines, resource needs, and deliverables • Create comprehensive project plans • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout each engagement • Deliver strategic planning sessions, system setup, testing, readiness assessments, data imports/conversions, and custom reporting solutions • Build expertise in Trimble Viewpoint Vista and/or Spectrum and evaluate alignment with client requirements • Engage with clients through day-to-day communication, guidance, and support • Contribute to internal initiatives as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management or Accounting preferred • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, purchase orders, and general ledger • Familiarity with construction project management processes, including project setup from estimates, project buyouts, document management, change orders, job costing, and billing • 3–5 years of experience in software consulting, preferably within the construction or ERP space • Hands-on experience with Trimble Viewpoint Vista and/or Spectrum strongly required • Experience with comparable ERP systems such as Sage or CMiC considered • Proven experience in client relationship management and ability to engage with stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Experience collaborating with application developers and technical teams • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites within the United States as needed • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and keyboard for long durations • Frequent typing and mouse use, with fine motor skills for accurate data entry and navigation • Ability to maintain good posture and adjust seating and workstation to minimize physical strain • Subject to pre-employment background check and drug screen
