📋 Description

• Organize, maintain, and update digital records, files, and company documentation. • Manage document filing, archiving, retrieval, and classification systems. • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and data quality. • Conduct routine audits to identify duplicate, outdated, or missing information. • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection requirements. • Track document revisions and maintain accurate record histories. • Generate reports and support record-related requests from internal teams. • Assist with workflow improvements, document management processes, and data organization projects. • Support cross-functional teams with administrative and records management tasks. • Maintain secure storage and handling of sensitive business information.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and cloud storage platforms • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Preferred Experience in records management, administration, data entry, compliance, or document control • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) • Knowledge of data governance and information management practices • Experience working remotely in a professional environment
