📋 Description

• Design intuitive, engaging, and efficient user experiences across Businessolver’s product suite • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms • Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation through implementation • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system aligned with Businessolver’s brand standards • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities • Develop personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions • Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate concepts and iterate on solutions • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative design culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or digital products • Demonstrable experience designing for both web and mobile applications • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments • Understanding of how design integrates with the development lifecycle • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar • Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and apply insights to design decisions • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and digital experiences across web, mobile, and conversational platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Background check, identity verification, and reference confirmation required as part of the hiring process
