• Develop and execute essential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) customer strategies and tactics for hematology oncology products • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations • Build strong partnerships with external KOL customers and influence commercial strategy • Actively participate in developing promotional speaker bureau strategy • Execute integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans at national/regional scientific meetings • Uncover, prioritize, and communicate market insights and challenges
• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience • 3 + years of experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing preferred • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to establish actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to put together compelling presentations using Power Point and manage Excel workflows.
