⢠Develop and execute KOL customer strategies and tactics for hematology oncology products ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations & Business Analytics ⢠Implement integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies for Brukinsa and Beqalzi ⢠Build partnerships with external KOL customers and influence internal commercial strategy ⢠Contribute to promotional speaker bureau strategy ⢠Execute integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans ⢠Partner with various teams to ensure alignment of US commercialization strategy ⢠Communicate market insights and solutions ⢠Develop promotional content and programming for conferences ⢠Drive business results and contribute to culture and people initiatives
⢠8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience ⢠A minimum of 3 years of experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing preferred ⢠Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred ⢠Demonstrated ability to establish actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers ⢠Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams ⢠Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills ⢠Demonstrated strength in communication, strategic agility, achieving results, and teamwork/collaboration ⢠Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences
