📋 Description

• Develop and lead the global communications strategy for BeOne’s Hematology franchise • Set global communications direction based on regional priorities, stakeholder insights, competitive dynamics and market needs • Develop and steward an integrated franchise narrative and message architecture • Build and execute annual communications plans with goals, audiences, initiatives, budgets and success measures • Lead product, pipeline and lifecycle communications from early development through launches, commercialization and lifecycle management • Develop communications strategies and materials for clinical data readouts, publications, regulatory decisions, product launches and indication expansions • Translate complex scientific concepts and clinical data into clear, accurate and compelling narratives • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access and Patient Advocacy teams • Lead communications for priority medical congresses and scientific meetings • Oversee congress messaging, press materials, executive preparation and internal readouts • Serve as primary communications counselor to the Chief Medical Officer, Hematology and scientific and medical leaders • Develop and execute thought leadership and executive visibility strategies • Prepare executives and scientific leaders for high-profile engagements • Monitor developments and manage communications opportunities and reputation risks • Develop issue-response materials and support crisis communications • Define and track communications, stakeholder, executive visibility, media and reputation metrics • Manage communications budgets, agency partners, scopes, deliverables and spending • Ensure communications activities meet medical, legal, regulatory, privacy and compliance requirements • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and support enterprise priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of healthcare communications experience across in-house teams and/or healthcare communications agencies • Hematology and/or oncology experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience developing and executing global or multi-regional product, pipeline, scientific or franchise communications strategies • Experience in pharmaceutical product and pipeline communications, including at least one global launch, major approval or significant clinical milestone • Ability to understand complex scientific and clinical information and translate it into clear, accurate, compliant and compelling stories • Strong working knowledge of global medical, legal and regulatory review requirements and relevant FDA, EMA and other health authority communications guardrails • Experience managing communications budgets, agency partners and cross-functional initiatives • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and executive-counseling skills • Strong business acumen and ability to connect franchise communications to enterprise brand and reputation objectives • Willingness to travel 15% domestically and internationally
