• Lead global forecasting and commercial performance management capabilities. • Establish standards and governance for demand forecasting and performance measurement. • Oversee end-to-end forecasting process and define forecasting methodologies. • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain for demand, revenue outlook, and supply planning. • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of forecasting and performance tools. • Provide clear executive readouts on forecast and performance drivers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA/PhD in a quantitative field preferred. • For an Executive Director: BA/BS with 14+ years of experience, MA/MS/MBA with 10+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech/pharma. • For a Senior Director: BA/BS with 12+ years, MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 6+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech/pharma. • 8+ years of experience in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech/pharma. • 4+ years of people leadership experience. • Strong command of forecasting methods and advanced proficiency with Excel and common BI/planning tools. • Demonstrated success partnering across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and field leadership.
