• Develop a digital strategy for hematology brands • Establish framework for collaborative and compliant operations • Own digital media plan for HCP and Consumer for each brand • Collaborate with brand leads to align digital plans with brand strategies • Lead the cross-functional NPP Core Group • Develop and optimize BeOne’s Omnichannel Ecosystem • Report performance metrics on media plans and tactics • Manage quarterly performance presentations reflecting key metrics. • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field • 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or combination of marketing and related industry experience • Led creation of brand media/digital strategy and execution plans • Experience in highly competitive markets • Experience directing media and agency partners • Proven cross-functional agility and collaboration skills • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Self-directed but seeks alignment with brand leadership.
