📋 Description
• Help clients evolve and adapt to changing healthcare environment • Optimize existing business operations and improve clinical outcomes • Drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise • Manage engagement economics and cultivate client relationships • Generate new business opportunities and deliver sales presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 10+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience • 10+ years of relevant experience working across multiple healthcare business services • Experience driving business value with ERP platforms • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills • Proven success in building strong executive-level relationships • Large team leadership experience including team design, role definition and development
