📋 Description

• Define or clarify objectives, scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes • Coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions • Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions • Track progress and use feedback, delivery metrics, and lessons learned to improve outcomes • Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize outcomes, and deliver projects or products • Apply Agile or hybrid delivery practices throughout the delivery lifecycle • Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7+ years in a related professional role • Practical experience with Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting • Experience in the product, project, business analysis, or delivery discipline relevant to this role • Ability to gather requirements, establish priorities, and communicate decisions • Experience coordinating stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing dependencies • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project delivery practices • Strong planning, analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills • Ability to manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining focus on business outcomes • U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply • Must not require new H-1B visa sponsorship; the company cannot sponsor new H-1B petitions • Full-time direct W2 employment; not open to C2C or 1099
