📋 Description

• Work with technical teams to design and implement data collection tools and techniques to ensure the appropriate integrity, frequency, and confidence is achieved. • Create data pipelines that utilize data sources via Python SQL and/or Azure Data factory. • Extrapolate data patterns using advanced algorithms to identify actionable insights. • Develop graphs, charts, and visualizations to communicate complex technical findings. • Present analytical outcomes to managers and stakeholders to guide business model adjustments and future planning. • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple VA sources. • Translate raw data into meaningful reports that support healthcare transformation goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with program objectives. • Support predictive modeling and trend analysis to improve veteran healthcare delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or federal environment. • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS). • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with VHA systems and data repositories, including CDW and VistA.
