📋 Description

• Designs and implements reporting applications including BI dashboards, reporting cubes, and batch reports • Works with project lead and business users to gather requirements and prepare specifications • Develops and maintains test strategies and plans • Provides production support for Business Intelligence capabilities • Mentors and trains other BI Developers, Data Analysts, and power users • Manages scope of deliverables within the release timeframe • Coordinates with revenue cycle colleagues for infrastructure and tool configurations • Reinforces and assists defining the vision and direction of the RC Data Analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology • Five (5) years' experience working as BI developer in a large data warehouse and business intelligence environment • Five (5) years of experience working with BI technologies such as Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau • Five (5) years of experience writing and tuning advance SQL • Demonstrated mastery and experience in creation and maintenance of BI tool suites • Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong proficiency in leading technical projects, assignments and analysis • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare nomenclature preferred.
