📋 Description

• Support program analysis and documentation development for healthcare initiatives • Assist in strategic planning and coordination across multiple project stakeholders • Contribute to creating and maintaining integrated master schedules • Support event planning and execution related to program milestones and stakeholder engagement • Assist with Congressional Affairs support, including preparing reports and briefings • Analyze and report program metrics to assess performance and outcomes • Provide administrative and technical support for Financial Management Systems • Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for program success • Support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in program planning, audits, and evaluations related to healthcare programs and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in program or project analysis • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in team settings • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support audits, evaluations, and risk assessments • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role • Resume must be submitted in Word document format and include dates in each section • Candidates must fill out the application form to the best of their knowledge
