📋 Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Oversight of delivery teams, ensuring staff produce high-quality, timely and on budget deliverables. • Build relationships with VHA stakeholders to shape procurement requirements. • Lead capture plans, including identifying client challenges, competitor analysis, development of strategic and innovative solutions and win theme development. • Lead proposal responses ensuring submissions are compliance and compelling. • Stay current on the legislative and policy landscape, translating the latest VA priorities and Hill activity into smart, proactive capture strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree • PMP Certification • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management • Proven ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
