📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models. • Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support care coordination, population health, and quality improvement initiatives. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Leads a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. • Responsible for managing financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables. • Monitor program performance against KPIs and regulatory benchmarks (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS). • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development. • Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management. • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. • Proven experience working within integrated healthcare systems and value-based care environments. • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, payer-provider relationships, and regulatory frameworks. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
