📋 Description

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases • Maintain billable hours as necessary • Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision • Assist in representing clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trials when and where necessary

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school • Active license in good standing in Massachusetts and New York • 1 year of Massachusetts Workers' Compensation experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred • Self-motivated independent thinker • Excellent time management skills • Strong organizational skills • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
