📋 Description

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases • Maintain billable hours as necessary • Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision • Assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school • Maintain an active license in good standing in New York and New Jersey • Workers’ Compensation experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred • Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills • Strong organizational skills • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment
