📋 Description

• Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders • Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management • Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders • Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts • Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to pursue a professional growth path aligned with corporate and departmental initiatives • Solid Communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to travel to customer locations for project assistance • CompTia A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA or equivalent certifications (Desired/Preferred Qualifications) • Microsoft Office skills (Desired/Preferred Qualifications) • Associate level degree (Desired/Preferred Qualifications)
