📋 Description

• Configure and own assigned SAP Enterprise Asset Management scope, including functional location hierarchies, structure indicators, equipment master configuration, and technical object classification • Design asset structures supporting maintenance execution and financial accountability reporting • Configure integration between technical objects and the fixed asset subledger for acquisition, transfer, retirement, and disposal transactions • Support construction-in-progress accumulation and settlement into fixed assets • Configure measuring points, counters, and data capture for condition- and usage-based asset processes • Own integration design across technical objects, materials management, maintenance execution, project systems, and asset accounting • Handle moderately complex configuration and design work with minimal oversight • Lead requirements-gathering and fit-to-standard workshops; document functional designs and configuration rationale • Own deliverables end to end through design, configuration, documentation, testing, and defect resolution • Mentor junior team members and review configuration and documentation for quality and standards compliance • Support authority to operate, cybersecurity, audit, and compliance activities, including control evidence production • Support cutover, go-live, post-deployment hypercare, and transition to sustainment • Travel to client sites up to 50% for workshops, design sessions, testing, cutover, and go-live • Adhere to certified quality, information-security, and company processes • Perform other related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5–7 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management functional experience • Hands-on configuration of technical object structures • Experience with functional location hierarchies, structure indicators, equipment master data, classification, and technical object bills of material • Experience integrating technical objects with the fixed asset subledger, including asset acquisition, transfer, and retirement transactions • Experience supporting asset-intensive organizations with complex asset hierarchies • Ability to exercise judgment and handle moderately complex issues with minimal oversight • Experience owning deliverables through design, configuration, testing, and documentation • Experience supporting multi-system SAP landscapes • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one prior to assignment; requires U.S. citizenship • Nice-to-have: active Secret clearance at time of hire • Nice-to-have: experience with federal ERP modernization programs, Department of War SAP environments, or defense business systems acquired under DoDI 5000.75 • Nice-to-have: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or related SAP certification • Nice-to-have: experience with accountable property requirements under DoDI 5000.64 and IUID under DoDI 8320.04 and MIL-STD-130 • Nice-to-have: familiarity with federal property accounting standards, including SFFAS 6 and SFFAS 50 • Nice-to-have: experience evaluating, modernizing, integrating, or replacing legacy CMMS or EAM platforms • Nice-to-have: experience with linear asset management or mobile asset management applications • Ability to safely perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
