📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and business process workshops for Funds Management master data governance. • Capture business rules, document functional requirements, and design Funds Management master data models with stakeholders. • Configure SAP MDG for Funds Management, including data modeling, UI FPM modeling, and process modeling. • Configure change request workflows, validation rules, and derivation rules using BRF+. • Support governance for Funds, Funds Centers, Commitment Items, Funded Programs, and related PSM master data. • Configure DRF and support synchronization through SOA Services, Web Services, IDocs, and ALE. • Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, PSM, Grants Management, and technical teams on integrated SAP financial master data. • Design and maintain governance policies, validation rules, duplicate checks, and approval workflows. • Support integration with SAP FI, CO, G/L, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and related modules. • Develop functional, configuration, and business process documentation. • Support data migration, conversion, and master data cleansing during implementations. • Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT. • Troubleshoot production issues and support system enhancements. • Participate in process mapping and change management. • Travel rarely to client sites for on-site support. • Participate in quality assurance and protect sensitive information under security policies. • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant SAP MDG, SAP Funds Management, or SAP PSM experience, or 5–7 years without a Bachelor’s degree. • Experience configuring SAP MDG Funds Management, including data modeling, workflow configuration, UI FPM modeling, BRF+, and DRF. • Strong understanding of SAP FM and PSM master data in SAP S/4HANA. • Experience integrating Funds Management with SAP FI, CO, G/L, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Grants Management. • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, producing functional design documentation, and supporting solution delivery. • Experience with multi-system SAP landscapes and enterprise master data governance initiatives. • Ability to handle moderately complex SAP MDG Funds Management issues with minimal oversight. • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship. • Active Secret clearance, federal ERP/DoD SAP experience, PSM, GM, Central Finance, federal financial management, integration technologies, data migration, and relevant SAP certifications are nice to have.
