📋 Description

• Serve as the SAP Pricing and Promotions subject matter expert and functional lead for S/4HANA Retail solutions • Configure and customize PMR, OPP, Condition Contract Pricing, retail price calculation, margin logic, price planning, condition technique, and POS outbound pricing through Cond_A • Translate client business requirements into enterprise application designs aligned with business processes, industry practices, and SAP best practices • Analyze alternatives and recommend pricing and promotions design and configuration approaches • Prepare programming specifications, process diagrams, and coding/logic flowcharts • Lead business-process design, blueprint, and Fit-to-Standard workshops; author business requirements and functional specifications • Support SIT and UAT through test planning, defect triage and resolution, and knowledge transfer • Manage budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning for assigned workstreams • Lead, mentor, train, coach, and provide performance feedback to functional and technical consultants • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to client leadership and internal stakeholders • Plan, assign, and prioritize work; manage workloads and staffing; escalate resource risks • Apply company policies, partner with HR on employee relations, and mitigate people, delivery, and compliance risks • Participate in quality assurance and protect sensitive information according to security policies • Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered • 8+ years of relevant SAP functional/technical consulting experience, including lead or SME experience • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions • Experience with PMR, OPP, and/or Condition Contract Pricing is highly preferred • Experience with retail price calculation and margin logic, regular and promotional price planning, and condition technique • Experience translating business requirements into enterprise application design, programming specifications, process diagrams, and coding/logic flowcharts • Experience leading business-process design, blueprint, and Fit-to-Standard sessions • Strong requirements and functional specification authoring skills • Experience supporting SIT/UAT test cycles • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Experience leading, mentoring, and training functional and technical consultants • Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance; requires U.S. citizenship • SAP certification, additional CAR modules, adjacent pricing and promotion tools, master's degree, PMP certification, government contracting, Agile/hybrid/SAP Activate, analytics tools, and adjacent SAP module integration are nice to have
