📋 Description

• Design and implement SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management solutions for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations • Lead analysis, design, and configuration of SAP EHS Management, focusing on Incident Management, Health and Safety, and Waste Management • Conduct workshops with client EHS professionals to gather requirements and map business processes to SAP EHS functionality • Guide stakeholders through system design decisions for incident management, risk assessment, and environmental compliance • Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements • Integrate SAP EHS with SAP Plant Maintenance and Human Capital Management, collaborating with module consultants and technical teams • Perform configuration and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Provide end-user training and support for EHS system adoption • Provide functional guidance and informal mentoring to EHS consultants • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information under security policies • Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience; or no degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS Management, including multiple full-cycle implementations • Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety business processes • Strong client-facing skills and ability to guide business stakeholders through complex system design decisions • Ability to work in a cross-functional project team with module consultants and technical teams • Experience developing functional specifications and supporting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • SAP certification in S/4HANA EHS or a related SAP area, or equivalent demonstrated expertise • U.S. citizenship required • Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 investigation) required • Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA EHS, public sector or highly regulated environment, DoD ERP/U.S. Navy, SAP EHS integrations with PM and HCM/SuccessFactors, CSP or CHMM credential, SAP Activate methodology
