📋 Description

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Hire to Retire business processes for federal clients • Serve as functional expert for the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through payroll, benefits, and separation • Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Talent Management • Lead Fit-to-Standard sessions using SAP SuccessFactors best practices • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and coordinate integration with S/4HANA Employee Lifecycle processes • Ensure payroll and time entries interface with Funds Management and Cost Center Accounting for federal labor distribution • Integrate H2R with Budget to Report processes for labor budgeting and financial reporting • Design solutions supporting federal personnel mandates, pay grades, benefits, and OPM standards • Partner with developers and integration architects on SAP CPI flows between SuccessFactors and the S/4HANA Universal Journal • Troubleshoot CPI integration errors and SuccessFactors OData API issues • Lead migration of sensitive personnel data while protecting PII and preserving audit integrity • Write and execute test plans for payroll parallel runs, Time Management calculations, and system synchronization • Deploy SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile self-service applications • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs across HR, Finance, and IT • Provide functional guidance and informal mentoring to H2R consultants and team members • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information according to security policies • Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years without a Bachelor's degree, including extensive functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM • Deep understanding of integration points between cloud HR solutions and SAP S/4HANA Finance • Proven experience with Payroll and Time Management in complex, highly regulated environments • Strong integration knowledge between H2R and Budget to Report (B2R) processes • Proficiency in business process analysis and leading Fit-to-Standard sessions • Technical literacy, including troubleshooting CPI integration errors, understanding SuccessFactors data models (OData API), and configuring complex business rules • Familiarity with OPM standards and federal labor laws • Excellent communication skills across HR, Finance, and IT teams • SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or SAP HCM • U.S. citizenship required • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications, federal/public-sector implementation experience, SAP Public Sector Management knowledge, SAP Activate experience, and Master's degree are nice to have
