📋 Description

• Support cross-functional Agile and SAFe teams on the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) SAP S/4HANA modernization program • Capture, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional system requirements and user stories • Decompose features into implementable stories within the product backlog • Work with the ScrumMaster to establish sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and provide scope direction • Lead and facilitate backlog refinement • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and align requirements with business objectives and roadmap goals • Define and maintain team and iteration backlog content, including stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and traceability • Partner with Product Owners and functional SMEs to confirm requirements, scope, and expected outcomes • Define and validate testable acceptance criteria supporting Test Driven Development and completed-work acceptance • Elaborate upcoming work items for future iterations • Lead stakeholder demonstrations and report iteration results • Connect mission objectives with software delivery to translate business needs into working capability

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship • Active DoD Secret clearance • Ability to pass a background investigation, including a three-year check for felony convictions, a one-year check for illegal drug use, and a one-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud • Bachelor of Science in computer science, engineering, information management systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum five years of experience as a business analyst on iterative software development projects • Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies • Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Certified SAFe Product Owner (desired) • Certified SAFe Practitioner (desired) • SAP or software development background (desired) • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (desired) • Agile or Scrum Master certification (desired) • Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) (desired) • Experience with ServiceNow or Jira (desired) • Ability to act independently to expose and resolve problems
