📋 Description

• Graphic & Digital Design: Brochures, presentation decks, banners, social media posts, event accessories, and product marketing materials • Video Content Creation: Promo videos, software demos, AI avatar videos, LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, and short-form video edits • Website Management: Update pages, publish blogs, design basic landing pages, optimise posts for SEO using WordPress • Email Campaigns: Design and manage email campaigns with attractive layouts and conversion-focused design • AI-Powered Content Production: Use AI tools for rapid research, content ideation, and creation • UI/UX Mockups: Draft simple UI designs and software mockups using Figma • Content Repurposing: Break down long-form videos or webinars into clips, reels, posts, and newsletters • Event Support: Design event signage, slides, and promotional assets for industry events • Content Research: Research construction, engineering, and AI topics to create easy-to-digest visuals and scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience • Fast and self-sufficient in creating high-quality graphics and content quickly • Disciplined and proactive in juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines • Creative with strong research skills to turn rough ideas into polished final products • Hands-on WordPress user with knowledge of uploading blogs and basic page edits • Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AI avatars • Comfortable with construction/technical topics or willing to be trained
