📋 Description

• Lead airport lounge projects from award through completion and handover • Establish and manage project scope, budgets, schedules and contracts • Lead project kick-offs and coordinate internal and external stakeholders • Act as Cavu’s key point of contact for airport authorities, consultants, contractors and project partners • Manage project performance across budget, schedule, quality and risk • Identify and resolve challenges, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned • Own the execution phase from project award through construction, commissioning and completion

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience managing design and construction projects • Required airport/aviation project experience • Understanding of the complexities of working in live airport environments • Proven experience managing multiple projects across budget, schedule, contracts and delivery • Experience working with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams • Strong commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred
