📋 Description

• Conduct reviews, analyses, and reengineering of business processes to align with the JTMS materiel solution • Conduct BPR activities supporting mapping, use case development, end-to-end process modeling, and functional and system requirements decomposition • Collaborate with USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors to capture processes, validate requirements, and gain stakeholder buy-in • Identify and document gaps between current processes and solution capabilities for customer courses of action • Assist with implementing reengineered processes, including configuration, testing, and deployment • Research regulations to identify DOTmLPF-P impacts and recommendations • Identify measurable KPIs and other metrics • Analyze business or systems processes to identify SAP implementation and process automation, improvement, efficiency, and auditability opportunities • Provide advice and recommendations for Fit-to-Standard workshops • Translate requirements into Agile SAFe user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios • Identify required user roles and access for each business process and develop role-specific testing scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical/Applied Sciences or management discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management Information Technology • 3-5 years general experience in Business Process Reengineering, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving or in a related area • 3-5 years Functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and Joint/Defense Transportation Systems • Working knowledge of Joint/Defense Transportation Regulations and the DOTmLPF-P framework • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team member in a diverse group to include contractors, government and military personnel • Strong analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting • US Citizen with ability to successfully pass Tier 1 investigation • General knowledge of SAP and ERP • SAFe Agile experience, SAFe Agilist Certification • General knowledge of BPMN 2.0 • Active Secret Clearance
