📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals • Review appropriate records to obtain facts • Resolve all material issues in cases to establish the subject’s background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications • Conduct interviews via Virtual Teleconference (VTC), phone, and in-person meetings, with VTC as the primary method • Attend multiweek intensive virtual, online training • Complete additional shadowing and mentorship with an experienced Investigator • Potentially travel across the U.S. for temporary duty assignments, typically lasting 2 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable determination based on a T5 Investigation • Strong sense of mission in supporting national security initiatives • Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple technology systems simultaneously • Current driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally dependent on assignment location • Home office equipped with reliable high-speed Internet • Ability to sit, type, stand, or walk for extended periods of time • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively • Ability to listen attentively, respond appropriately to nonverbal cues, and make clear and convincing oral presentations • Ability to maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals and handle challenging situations tactfully and professionally • Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling • Ability to communicate information succinctly and in an organized manner • Ability to produce written information, including technical material appropriate for the intended audience • Active Top Secret Clearance based on a T5 (nice to have)
