📋 Description

• Perform as an Oracle EBS Procure to Pay functional business analyst responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, and implementation • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies • Provide recommendations supporting global implementation and long-term organizational strategy for enterprise applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements • Support Agency personnel with accounting tasks including recording obligations, vendor pay validation, preparation of vendor invoices on federal forms, resolution of unmatched disbursements, payment rejects, and interest penalties • Work with the team lead to identify process improvement and automation ideas • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience • Experience with maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) • Working knowledge of DoD procurement, receiving, and invoicing policies and procedures • Experience authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts • Ability to multitask among changing priorities • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution related documents • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Able to obtain an IT-II background investigation • Prior experience implementing solutions for Federal Civilian Government and/or Department of War customers • Experience with PRDS, PDS, AXOL, DTS, DTM, and TDD integrations • Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS considered a plus • Experience working in an Agile development/delivery environment
