📋 Description

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports. • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability. • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. • Manage project scope changes and support decision-making. • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to leadership. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Support change management and process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools.
