📋 Description

• Conduct statistical analyses using R for research, evaluation, and quality improvement projects. • Clean, transform, merge, and validate data from multiple sources, including EHRs, surveys, and REDCap databases. • Develop statistical analysis plans, codebooks, and data dictionaries. • Perform power and sample size calculations. • Create publication-quality tables, figures, reports, dashboards, and presentations. • Support grant proposals, IRB submissions, and evaluation planning activities. • Assist with the development and testing of data collection instruments, including REDCap surveys. • Collaborate with research staff, FQHC partners, and community stakeholders. • Contribute to peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference abstracts, and presentations. • Maintain data security and compliance with HIPAA, IRB, and organizational research standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or a doctoral degree in a related field. • Proficiency in R, including the tidyverse package. • Experience working with healthcare, EHR, claims, registry, or survey data. • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and quantitative research methods. • Experience managing projects from data acquisition and cleaning through analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with REDCap, Qualtrics, or similar electronic data capture systems. • Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills. • Commitment to reproducible research and data documentation practices.
