📋 Description

• Conduct product discovery by identifying patient, clinician, and care team pain points through research, data, and operational feedback • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics • Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams to prototype, launch, and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, building mock prototypes • Drive impact through activities including shadowing patient calls, training care teams, prototyping solutions, and shipping code • Own a defined product initiative from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration • Work alongside engineers, designers, clinicians, and operational partners to understand real-world care delivery challenges and identify high-impact opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028 • Prior internship or equivalent experience working on products, technology, healthcare, or customer problems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions • A product-first mindset and genuine interest in understanding user needs and driving real-world outcomes quickly • Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, paired with sound judgment on leveraging them to drive meaningful outcomes • Remote in the U.S.
