📋 Description

• Be accountable, independent, and professional. • Require minimal supervision and complete work with accuracy at a 'finished product' level (modeling, coordination, shop drawings, layout drawings, etc.). • Have advanced working experience and certification with Revit software. • If uncertified, Cadnetics may help you obtain certification and reimbursement. • Cultivate and maintaining ongoing, positive relationships with team members, and clients. • Confidently engage directly with clients and project teams. • Create and/or address and remedy redlines and/or feedback related to project thoroughly and accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field and/or minimally 8 years work experience. • Knowledge of design and construction codes, specification, regulations, etc., as well as industry standards and best practices • Advanced understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building constructability requirements and applicable code compliance. • Advanced understanding of virtual design and construction concepts and best practices. • Advanced working experience with select software, specific to the virtual design and construction industry (may include various versions of Revit , AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM360, LotSpec, Cyclone, Scene, Sysque, Laser Scanners, Cameras and similar) • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products. • Some general contractor experience is preferred but not required.
