📋 Description

• Design and execute performance testing strategies including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or Gatling. • Define workload models, baselines, and service-level objectives aligned to release criteria. • Analyze logs, metrics, and observability data to identify performance bottlenecks across applications, databases, and infrastructure. • Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gate processes. • Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning for identified performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance testing, software engineering, or application support with performance engineering responsibilities. • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or Gatling. • Working knowledge of REST APIs, web application architectures, and performance metrics analysis. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
